Proceedings/Reports:

  • Akshara School of Excellence in Channarayapatna celebrated the Teachers Day on 5th of September 2022.
  • The whole program was organised by the students of Grade 8.
  • The teachers and student gathered in order to celebrate the Teachers Day.
  • The stage was beautifully decorated with flowers and banners.
  • The program anchoring was done by Miss. Shivasmita and Miss. Hajeera Tabassum , students of Grade VIII.
  • The Principal of school Ms. Roopa Ashok Shetty presided over the function. She put a garland on the photograph of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan to pay him homage.
  • The program began  with prayer song sung by students.
  • Miss Anushka Raj, student of Grade VIII welcomed principal mam and all teachers by giving flower.
  • Miss. Aniksha, Student of Grade VIII spoke about importance of the day.
  • Prize distribution was done by Ms. Roopa Ashok Shetty for teachers who won prizes for several competitions conducted by students.
  • This was followed by cultural programme such as dancing and singing.
  • A small skit was also performed by Miss. Monala C H and her team, the students of grade 5th to 8th imitating their favourite teachers.
  • At the end of the programme vote of thanks was given by Miss. Sandhya student of Grade VIII
  • All in all, it was event full day enjoyed equally by teachers and students alive.
  • Programme ended on a happy note
