Proceedings/Reports:

  • The English language is the most common language is around the world.
  • Basic English speaking coaching class was an initiative taken to create a better understanding between the teachers and parents.
  • The coaching class was held from 11th October to 15th October 2022, for the parents who were interested to learn English language.
  • On 11th October, out of 32 enrolled, 28 parents attended the Basic English class.
  • It was conducted by Principal Ms Roopa Ashok Shetty and Kindergarten Coordinator Ms Judith Kinny.
  • They were taught the basics phonic sound, cursive writing forming simple past, present, future sentences and also translation of Kannada to English.
  • The Parents who attended were very eager to learn and attend the classes enthusiastically.
  • A test was conducted on the last day for parents.
  • The valedictory program was held on 15th October 2022, Saturday at 3:00 pm.
  • Academic Advisor Ms. Vinutha M R was the Chief guest. She told the parents about importance and purpose of the Basic English Course and how they have to keep learning continuously.
  • All participants were awarded with participants’ certificate. At the end there was group photo and feedback session and high tea.
  • The program ended with discussion on how and when to conduct the next English speaking course.
