JE(Japanese encephalitis) Vaccination

Dear Parent,                                            Date: 14/12/2022

As per the Instructions from the Karnataka State Government and National Health Mission, the JE(Japanese encephalitis- ಮೆದುಳು ಜ್ವರ)  vaccination (ಮೆದುಳು ಜ್ವರ ಲಸಿಕೆ) campaign 2022 will be held on 16/12/2022 (Friday/ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ) in school for students of Kindergarten(KG). Requesting you to give consent by writing ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ in the dairy book of child.( ಮಗುವಿನ ಡೈರಿ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ 'ಹೌದು' ಅಥವಾ  ‘ಬೇಡ’ ಎಂದು ಬರೆಯುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ
